Do I need an attorney for my Florida personal injury case?
There are many factors that go into the answer to that question. The more serious the injury, the more likely it is that you will need an attorney. In fact, absolutely I would say, if you have a serious injury that requires hospitalization and surgery, I would say the answer is absolutely yes. If you have an injury that’s not as serious where you’re not hospitalized or you don’t have surgery, you may not need an attorney immediately, but you should always consult an attorney. And if in fact, the insurance company is treating you fairly or making you an offer, most personal injury attorneys I know will review that for you at no charge.
