Jacksonville Bus Accident – Six Injured When Bus Strikes Concrete Barrier
A bus carrying 9 people from Starling Assisted Living Facility in Ponte Vedra to the Main Event parking garage, off Philips Highway, hit a concrete barrier in the garage. When the bus entered the garage it struck an overhead concrete barrier. the clearance of the garage is 8’2″ and the bus was higher.
Six people suffered injuries in a bus crash and were transported to local hospitals.
The bus accident happened on Tuesday, April 9th around 2:00 PM.

Several elderly residents went to the hospital after the bus they were riding in got into an accident. No one was seriously injured but 6 out of 9 people were sent to the hospital for minor cuts and abrasions from glass breakage.
