David Anderson, Attorney at Law
David Anderson received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of North Florida. He received his law degree, with Honors, from the University of Florida College of Law in 1999. David is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Florida, including the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
Prior to attending law school, David worked as a graphic artist in Jacksonville, frequently working with local attorneys in the design and production of eye-catching and persuasive demonstrative aids. In fact, this interaction is what sparked his interest in the law, and in particular, civil litigation. In addition to an artistic background, Mr. Anderson is an F.A.A. certificated private pilot and avid exotic car restorer with extensive knowledge and keen interest in all things mechanical. This insight provides him with a head start in understanding technical issues often arising in automobile accident and products liability cases.
David’s practice areas include all aspects of personal injury litigation, focusing primarily on pursuing claims of automobile and trucking negligence, premises liability, products liability and UM insurance claims.
